As a passionate advocate of social enterprises, Leah believes it is a sustainable way to create social impact. She had the first-hand experience of the unsustainability of aids, and charity work while living in the developing countries for 15 years and interacting directly with underprivileged people. Building their capacity while keeping their dignity and hope is a key
Leah has been involved with global social movements since university starting with a student-led global peace movement (International Student Association), a youth-led entrepreneurial venture (Young International), developing micro and small enterprises in non-urban areas in developing countries (JLP Consulting), and developing and protecting women. She believes in human capital development, capacity building, developing youth and women to build a better future. Leah is based in Westport, Connecticut USA and travels around the world for projects.
